The team left Kofa at 8 a.m. fully packed into 3 vans and a SUV… Stopped in Chico Hills at Jack-n-the-Box for lunch and to refuel around noon.
We arrived at Montana de Oro State Park outside of San Luis Obispo shortly after 5 p.m. where the temperature is 62 degrees.
The kids set up camp, we have 4 sites with a total of 7 tents, and are now down at the ocean, most screaming like little school girls as they test the waves.

The plan is to wake up at 7:30 for breakfast, tear down camp and hopefully be on the road to Palo Alto at 10.
